Latin Percussion LP617 LP dubbla sambago klockor
lär
Allmänt
Just like the LP Black Blocks, Latin Percussion's LP617 Double Sambago Bells are made of a virtually indestructible synthetic material. And, just like classic agogos, the LP617's two 'bells' are a minor third apart in pitch. As a result, this instrument offers a remarkably bright and unique sound that you won't find on any other block or bell. You can attach the Sambago Bells to any 3/8-inch rod.
The Latin Percussion LP Sambago Bells: a modern agogo
The patented Latin Percussion LP617 is really a modern version of the classic agogo. The agogo, which consists of two tuned metal bells, originated as an African percussion instrument, and it's arguably the oldest Samba instrument. In the '60s, LP introduces a wooden version of the agogo, which was a hybrid between the agogo and the wood block.
The Latin Percussion brand
The American brand Latin Percussion is often seen as the industry leader in percussion manufacturing. They don't just produce traditional percussion instruments, they are also not afraid to innovate, making the company an influential trend setter. For instance, LP designed the famous vibra-slap and the afuche cabasa.
